Guardians requirements explained
We are seeking guardians who appreciate and take pride in their living spaces. We conduct thorough vetting to ensure that our spaces are occupied only by individuals who are socially responsible and reliable. Please review our guardian criteria and make sure you meet our minimum property guardian requirements.
Our Guardian Criteria
You Must
- Be over the age of 21
- Be in full-time employment earning a min. of £15k per annum
- Be able to provide employment & landlord reference
- Have the Right to Rent in the UK
- Be prepared to move in within 5 days of viewing
- Sign a legally binding license agreement
- Understand the difference between a guardian vs a tenant
- Have access to a smart phone and email address
You Must Not
- Be living with pets
- Be in part-time employment
- Be bankrupt or in bankruptcy proceedings
- Be receiving financial housing benefits
- Be looking to live with children under the age of 18
