Have peace of mind knowing we can hand your property back after 32 days. Our carefully vetted guardians occupy under a rolling non-exclusive license agreement which gives our maintenance team time to inspect, clear and cleanse while also rehousing guardians to alternate living spaces.

Maintenance Savings

All internal maintenance will be our responsibility. Guardians are provided with cleaning and housekeeping rules to ensure your property is kept in the same or better condition than when we took it on.

Monthly Inspections

Our service includes free monthly inspection reports allowing you to keep an eye on your property without leaving your desk. These inspections form a preventative measure to potential maintenance works which in most cases are carried out at our expense.

Regular Access

As the property owner you, or any approved representatives, are entitled to regular access if needed. We just ask you give us reasonable notice.
